How the rate rises
Once you reach a higher rate it applies to everything you earn from then on. It is not retroactive on past sales, and it does not fall back down if you have a quiet month.
Commission is paid on every purchase a referral makes, at your full rate.
When commission is confirmed
Commission is credited when the purchase clears. A purchase later refunded or charged back reverses the commission on it.
Anything that changes will be announced to affiliates before it takes effect.
