You can trade futures listed on four exchanges: CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX.

That covers the instruments most futures traders actually use:

  • Equity index. ES, NQ, RTY, EMD, and the micro versions MES, MNQ, M2K
  • Energy. Crude, natural gas, and their micro contracts
  • Metals. Gold, silver, copper, and micros
  • Agricultural. The CBOT grain and soft complex
  • Currencies. The major FX futures and E-micro versions
  • Crypto. Bitcoin and Ether futures, including micros
