Refunds
What is refundable and what is not.
Updated August 17, 2026
All sales are final. Accounts are non-refundable whether or not they have been traded, and regardless of how many trades were placed, what the result was, or what technical issues occurred.
This is the single most important line in our full refund policy, and we would rather you read it here before buying than discover it afterwards.
The exceptions
If we failed to give you access to an account you paid for, or a problem on our side went unresolved, contact us. The same goes for a genuine billing error, such as being charged twice for the same account or placing a duplicate order by accident. Anything else is assessed case by case.
What is not grounds for a refund
- Platform disconnections or errors, including on our data feeds
- Problems with third party software, automated systems, or custom indicators
- Your own internet or network conditions
- Slippage, whether it went for you or against you, in any market condition
- Losing the account
Before you buy
If you are unsure whether a program suits you, ask first.
Check who can trade with us if there is any doubt about eligibility in your country.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, contact us before contacting your bank. We resolve legitimate billing problems quickly and directly.
Filing a chargeback on any account is treated as a breach of our terms. It closes every account you hold with us, cancels any payout request in progress, and results in a permanent ban from Lumen Futures.
Email support@lumenfutures.com and a person will look at it.
