Countries we cannot serve
Lumen Futures LLC is a United States company. We cannot open an account for anyone living in:

Countries not eligible for Path to Live
Traders living in the countries below can buy every program we sell and take payouts normally. Nothing we currently offer is closed to them.
The single difference is that they will not be eligible for Path to Live, our future real capital program, because a brokerage account carries requirements a simulated one does not.

Rules that catch people out
Trading while travelling. Eligibility follows where you permanently live, not where you happen to be that week. Live in an eligible country and take a holiday in a restricted one, and you can keep trading as normal. The exception is countries under comprehensive US sanctions, currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the occupied regions of Ukraine, where you must not trade while you are physically there.
Payment methods. A card or account issued in a restricted country cannot be used, regardless of where you live. This is treated as a serious matter and can close an account.
Documents have to match. Eligibility follows where you live, and that only works if your paperwork supports it. If your ID, your address, and your bank are not all in the same eligible country, verification will stall at your first payout. Send us your situation before you buy and we will confirm it in writing.
