You can trade the full CME session. The one hard rule is that you must be flat before the close.
Be flat by 4:45 PM ET
All positions must be closed by 4:45 PM ET each trading day. Anything still open at that point is closed automatically, and the result counts toward your balance and your drawdown.
It is how the end of day balance gets measured, and it is the same for every program and account size.
The trading day
A trading day runs on the CME session, which opens at 6:00 PM ET and runs through to the flat time the following afternoon. That means a position opened on Sunday evening belongs to Monday's trading day.
This matters for winning days, which are counted per trading day, not per calendar day.
Overnight positions
Because everything is closed by 4:45 PM ET, you cannot hold a position overnight or over a weekend. Every day starts flat.
News events
There is no news trading restriction. You can trade through CPI, FOMC, NFP, or anything else.
Holidays
We follow the CME holiday calendar. On shortened sessions the flat time moves to match the early close.
