Lumen Futures
Affiliate Terms
Last updated: August 17, 2026
These Affiliate Terms govern your participation in the Lumen Futures affiliate program. They are between you ("you," "your," or "Affiliate") and Lumen Futures LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Lumen Futures," "we," "our," or "us"), and take effect when your affiliate account is approved.
Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to you as well. Where these Affiliate Terms conflict with them on an affiliate matter, these Affiliate Terms control.
1. Joining
Anyone aged 18 or over may apply. You do not need to be a Lumen Futures trader, and there is no follower threshold or audience minimum.
We may decline or remove any application at our discretion, including where the channel is unsuitable, where the traffic source is one we do not accept, or where we cannot serve your country.
You are an independent contractor. These Affiliate Terms do not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture. You may not present yourself as an employee, spokesperson, or representative of Lumen Futures.
2. Tracking and Attribution
You receive a unique referral link. A purchase is credited to you where the customer arrives through your link and completes a purchase within 30 days of that click.
Attribution is last click. If a customer arrives through more than one affiliate link, the most recent one within the window is credited.
Tracking depends on cookies and on the customer not clearing them, blocking them, or switching device or browser. We cannot credit a purchase we cannot attribute, and we will not reconstruct attribution from screenshots, timestamps, or customer statements. Where a cookie does not survive, your code does: see section 3.
3. Your Code
You are issued a unique code alongside your link. A purchase made with your code is credited to you whether or not tracking cookies survived, which is the main reason the code exists.
Your code applies the same standard discount available to every customer. It does not undercut our published price and it does not entitle your audience to a rate others cannot get.
We may change the discount percentage, and any change applies to purchases made after it takes effect. You may not represent your code as an exclusive rate, a limited-time offer, or a better deal than is available elsewhere on our site.
4. Commission
Commission starts at 10% and rises to 15% as your referred volume grows. The thresholds and your current rate are shown in your affiliate dashboard.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after any discount, excluding taxes, refunds, and payment processing reversals.
Commission applies to every purchase a referred customer makes within the attribution window and on subsequent purchases where our records continue to associate that customer with you, including account resets and additional accounts.
A rate increase applies to commission earned after the threshold is reached. It is not applied retroactively to earlier sales, and your rate does not fall if your volume drops in a later period.
When commission is confirmed
Commission is recorded when a purchase completes and becomes payable once we are satisfied the purchase is settled. A purchase that is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to have been made in breach of these Affiliate Terms reverses the commission on it, including after payment where necessary.
5. Payment
Balances are settled monthly, once your confirmed balance reaches $200. Amounts below the threshold roll over and do not expire.
Payment methods are set in your affiliate dashboard. The receiving account must be in your own legal name. We may require identity verification and tax documentation before releasing payment, and we may withhold payment until it is provided.
If your affiliate account is closed by either party without a breach of these Affiliate Terms, the threshold is waived and your remaining confirmed balance is settled in the next monthly cycle.
You are responsible for tax on commission you receive. We do not withhold except where legally required.
Affiliate balances are separate from any trading account you hold. Commission does not affect your trading account, your payout eligibility, or your payout caps.
6. What You May Do
Promote Lumen Futures honestly on your own channels: reviews including critical ones, comparisons against other firms using accurate published figures, tutorials, community posts, video, newsletters, and paid advertising other than the restricted categories in section 7.
You may use our name, logo, and marketing assets as provided, without altering them, to identify Lumen Futures. You may not use them in a way that suggests you are Lumen Futures or that we produced or endorsed your content.
You do not need our approval before publishing, and you do not need to be positive. Affiliates who publish our caps and consistency rules alongside the advantages tend to convert better, because their audience trusts them.
7. What Is Not Allowed
Self-dealing
- Purchasing through your own link, under any name, address, or payment method
- Referring members of your household, or arranging for someone to purchase on your behalf, to generate commission
- Rebating or sharing commission with a customer as an inducement to purchase, unless we have agreed it in writing
Traffic and advertising
- Bidding on "Lumen Futures," our product names, or close variants and misspellings in paid search
- Using display URLs, ad copy, or landing pages that imply your site is our official site
- Listing our discount codes on coupon aggregators, deal sites, or extension-based tools that intercept traffic already headed to us
- Unsolicited email, bulk direct messaging, spam, and any automated or incentivised traffic
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, or any method that sets tracking without a deliberate click
Claims
- Guaranteeing profit, income, or that a customer will pass an evaluation
- Presenting our simulated accounts as live capital or as a brokerage account
- Inventing pass rates, payout statistics, rules, prices, or promotions we have not published
- Fabricating payout proof, testimonials, or trading results, or presenting someone else's results as your own
Misrepresenting what we offer is the provision we enforce most strictly, because our support team ends up answering for a promise we never made.
Your own compliance
You are responsible for complying with the law where you publish, including advertising standards and the disclosure of paid promotion, and with the rules of any platform you use. Disclose the affiliate relationship where disclosure is required. We do not supervise your channel and are not responsible for its content.
8. Enforcement
Where we identify a breach, we may reverse commission on affected sales, withhold payment pending review, and suspend or terminate your affiliate account.
For an honest mistake we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to correct it. For self-dealing, fabricated claims, or deliberate traffic manipulation, we may act without notice.
If your account is terminated for breach, unpaid commission attributable to the breach is forfeited. Commission properly earned and unaffected by the breach remains payable.
9. Changes, Term, and Termination
We may change these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, thresholds, or the attribution window. Changes are effective when posted, and we will notify active affiliates by email before a change to rates or attribution takes effect. Commission already earned is not affected by a later change.
Either party may terminate at any time on written notice. On termination, confirmed commission earned before termination remains payable at the next monthly settlement without regard to the threshold, subject to section 8. Your links stop tracking, and you must stop using our name and assets within a reasonable period.
We may discontinue the affiliate program entirely on reasonable notice, honouring commission earned up to that point.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The affiliate program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings, and nothing in these Affiliate Terms or in our dashboard is a projection of what you will earn.
We are not liable for lost commission arising from tracking failures outside our reasonable control, including cookie blocking, browser restrictions, ad blockers, or a customer switching device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you under these Affiliate Terms will not exceed the commission paid or payable to you in the six months before the claim arose.
11. General
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver provisions of our Terms & Conditions apply and are incorporated by reference.
You may not assign these Affiliate Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Questions go to support@lumenfutures.com. If something in here would stop you promoting us the way you had planned, ask before you publish rather than after.
