Ask us anything- Do points expire?
- No, as long as you have had activity in the last 12 months. We will email you well before anything lapses.
- Does spending points drop my tier?
- Never. Tiers are based on points you have earned over your lifetime with us, not your current balance. Spend freely.
- Can points change my risk rules?
- Only in your favour, and only where we say so. Rewards touch price, speed, split, and payout caps. Nothing you redeem can put your account at greater risk.
- Do I need to trade to earn?
- No. Buying an account earns points on its own. Trading well simply earns more.
- Do redeemed accounts earn points too?
- Points are earned on what you pay, so an account you redeemed with points does not earn points again. Everything you do while trading it does.
Reward costs may be adjusted as the program grows. Any change is announced before it takes effect, and points you have already earned keep the value you earned them at.
