Where the team actually is.
Our Discord is not a marketing channel with a support desk bolted on. It is where support happens, where the roadmap gets argued about, and where you can reach a person who trades.
You are talking to the people who set the rules.
There is no outsourced support desk and no first-line agent reading from a script. The people who wrote the programs sit in the channels and answer their own questions.
Ask about a drawdown calculation, a payout decision, or a rule you think is wrong, and you get a straight answer from someone who can do something about it.
What is in there.
#support
Rules, payouts, billing, anything. Answered by the people who wrote the rulebook.
#the-open
Pre-market through the close. What people are watching, what levels matter, what the calendar has in it.
#payouts
Payout certificates posted here as they are processed. Traders share their own as well if they want to.
#platform-help
Volumetrica, Quantower, DeepCharts, ATAS. Setup, charting, and the connection problems that are always somebody else's fault.
#rule-questions
Drawdown maths, consistency worked out on real numbers, and what counts as a winning day.
#feedback
Where the roadmap comes from. Argue that a rule should change and you are arguing it with the people who can change it.
Three things you will not find here.
No signal channels
We will not tell you what to trade, and we will not let anyone sell you signals here. If someone DMs you offering them, report it and we will remove them.
No gurus, no mentorship sales
Nobody is running a paid course out of this server. Education is welcome, invoices are not.
No account sales or sharing
Offering to trade someone else's account, or to have yours traded, breaks the funded trader agreement and gets both accounts closed.
Getting a useful answer faster
- Ask in the open instead of by DM. Someone else has the same question, and the answer stays searchable.
- Include your account size and program. Almost every rule answer depends on both.
- For anything involving money or your identity, email support@lumenfutures.com instead. Do not post account numbers, screenshots of personal details, or payout confirmations containing them.
- Nobody from Lumen will ever DM you first asking for credentials, payment, or a fee to release a payout. If someone does, they are impersonating us. Report it.
Come and ask us anything.
You do not need an account to join, and you will not be sold anything for showing up.
